Launched in 2007 as the first major tech transfer and licensing meeting for the life sciences, the Tech Transfer Summit Europe (TTS Europe) has become the leading European meeting for early stage biotech sector and industry-academia licensing and business development and has led to the development of the Global Tech Transfer Summit Initiative.

Returning to Paris, the 5th Annual TTS Europe, is an integral part of the Global TTS Initiative which is designed predominantly, but not exclusively, to aid Tech Transfer Offices, research institutes, innovators, entrepreneurs and early stage Biotech SMEs in their quest to build expertise and relationships that enable bottom-line business while at the same time enabling big pharma, biotech and life sciences industry corporations in their Business Development and licensing efforts to source new platform technologies and product candidates and fill their pipelines.

Collaborations, partnering deals, licensing agreements, and financial investments remain the prerequisites in establishing benefit to universities, institutes, departments and researchers, and ultimately shareholders and indeed BioRegions and society at large.
